Today's customer had some very old worn carpets that needed cleaning.

A lot of building work has taken place and still ongoing, so they just needed the carpets to be hygienic clean for the time being.

Today's customer needed to use the stain removal service.

This service is sometimes sold seperetely, and there is a reason for this.

A small stain on the footstool illustrated in the picture took 2 hours to remove.

Look at the amount of towels which had to be used and the amount of transfer !

Professional advanced stain removal is an art in itself. 

Lots of chemistry and patience involved.

Fine fabrics such as Velvets silks viscose etc need to be approached in a different way.

They will not tolerate the heavy approach normally applied to synthetics.

Just look how dull and lifeless this fabric looked before today's cleaning took place.

There was a film of dirt and oil stopping this gorgeous luxury velvet shine, well not any more.

My customer attacked these chairs with over the shelf purchased detergents and went to town on them with all kinds of cleaning methods.

I beleive a hair dryer was also used.

Oil based cleaning liquids coupled with heat causes serious damage most of the time !
