For delicate fabrics and some commercial propertys I will use a low moisture encapsulation cleaning service.

The encapsulation cleaning system applies a cleaning solution containing a crystallizing, acrylic polymer. It is this polymer that helps create the magic of encapsulation.

Ingredients, aid in breaking the bond between dirt, grease & grime in the carpet and your upholstery fibers.

The cleaning solution is usually worked into a carpet with an agitation machine, and upholstery i use a foamer spray then agitate with a micro fibre mit, treating the delicate fabrics with upmost care.

The agitation facilitates in breaking the chemical bond between dirt and fiber.  It also mixes the encap solution with the soil and sticky-residue. 

Upon drying, the solution crystallizes rendering the residue to be completely non-sticky, It can then be removed during vacuuming. 

Carpet and upholstery cleaned with an excellent encap product will stay cleaner and longer.
